I am preparing a new version to be deployed and I am passing from ver 52.4.1 esr to 60.6.1 esr and things look different for deploying the software.

How to make all users have the same settings including cert files and preferences in the new version?

There's no support for configuring a default profile. You would use policies to set a default configuration.

What method did you use in Firefox 52 to deploy a new profile.

In theory it might be possible to use an autoconfig file to copy files to a new profile if you use an ESR version (ESR can run JavaScript code in autoconfig.cfg).
