My Firefox home page changed to msn.com, without my permission. Attempts to change back to Firefox Home are unURL function. successful. Why?

I can change the home page by using the URL function. But I can't get the Firefox Home page back. Even when I change it in preferences/options. Under the tabs for opening a new page and new tab, I select Firefox Home, but it still opens to msn.com. Is Windows 10 just over-riding this, and forcing me to use their website as my home page?

Type about:addons<enter> in the address bar to open your Add-ons Manager. Hot key; (<Control> [Mac=<Command>] <Shift> A)

In the Add-ons Manager, on the left, select Extensions. Remove “ MSN “ Anything.

Also remove SafeSearch, SearchAssist Incognito, FileConverter Addon, SearchLock, DiscreteSearch, WebSearch, Findwide Search Engine, securedsearch

Now do the same in the computer’s Programs Folder.

Windows: Start > Control Panel > Uninstall Programs. Mac: Open the Applications folder. Linux: Check your user manual.
