I have used two factor authentication to access my account. Now when I have switched telephone I can of course not login any more. Since I had a disk failure, I have lost my security code too. Furthermore, when I try to login with my normal mail address, I get the screen saying "Check your email for the verification link sent to... " but there is no mail sent. I had to use another mail address and create a new account to access the support here.

Why is there no verification link sent? How can I enable my normal account again? I need it to update my add-ons.

I also had that problem but in a little different way: I have been logged in on my PC, but also wanted to log in on my new Android. the two-factor auth was enabled and I tried to turn it off in my account setting, but when I tried to press the button, which turns 2FA off, it just ignored. like nothing happened. I did ask here for help, and unfortunately there wasn't any solution for it. so my advice is: just deal with it and sign up a new account, sorry

In case of issues try to login to the Firefox Account via this website to get a fresh login.

Unfortunately, that is what I have tried. The first link asks for security code that I have lost. The second link is the one that says that it will send a verification link, but the link is simply not sent, not even to my spam folder.
