Can't Sync Folders - "Subscribe..." option greyed out
I cannot sync folders across multiple devices. According to other threads, it could be fixed by "subscribing folders", but this option is greyed out. I also could not find any setting that's related to "IMAP". I tried the safe mode but it didn't change anything.
Please help :D

If your account provider offers IMAP access, you can add it to TB with the appropriate settings. First, copy the contents of the POP account to Local Folders. Once the IMAP account is working properly, you can delete the POP account.

If IMAP isn't available, one option is to get an IMAP account with one of the major providers, then have that account collect the mail from the POP account.

You can tell if your account is POP or IMAP by selecting Tools/Account Settings (or Options/Account Settings as in your picture), selecting Server Settings in the left pane, and then Server Type at the top of the right pane. Subscribe is only for IMAP.
Well my server is POP, so there's no way I can sync folder? How do I fix it then :( Many thanks!

The responses describe how to implement IMAP services for accounts. Nowhere does it say how to synchronize across devices. If IMAP is the only option then for near realtime sync the deletes and other changes must be near immediate. This destroys the option to delay deleted messages in TB to be reflected in Gmail or other service making syncing punitive or no syncing to retain other desired features.
When answering questions respond with "Syncing across multiple devices is done with IMAP configured accounts and setting account options to as near real time will allow changes to be reflected more immediately thereby making the Gmail or other web based email account near real time ready of TB other devices to sync with. This is a batch type implementation. There is no feature allowing changes on one device be cloud stored thereby becoming available for the next device to effect the cloud stored changes. The later option will allow other TB features such as retaining deletes for a longer period one the mail server.
