When typing in a long string of letters, then going to delete it, Firefox will spam the text "Select All" "Add Search Engine". Any way to get rid of this or make it less annoying? I already have a search engine set up. Four of them actually.

Visiting Google and typing it into the search form on their webpage.

Hi

I think I know what you are trying to do - trying to select part of that string to delete it and a context menu is being displayed. As far as I am aware there is no straightforward way to turn that off at the present time.
