I accidentally restarted an archive session, archiving from an IMAP inbox to a local archive. This has produced a large number of pairs of duplicate emails in the archive. Is there any way of safely deleting the duplicates? The originals have of course now been deleted from the IMAP inbox.

Hi There is an addon that may help, seems to be current and has good reviews. https://addons.thunderbird.net/en-US/thunderbird/addon/remove-duplicate-messages-alte/ Back up the whole profile and archive location before experimenting. Good luck
