Normally the Picture-in-picture feature is activated by clicking the little blue button that appears on the right-hand side of the video upon mouseover. However some services bring up their own menus one mouseover that cover this. For example, twitch streams. Upon mouseover, a twitch stream may bring up its own set of menus and icons and whatnot on the right hand side. Rather than trying to manage moving the pic-in-pic button all over or what-have-you, simply being able to enable it through the context menu seems like a nice idea. If the service covers the button, you can simply right click the video and activate it from the context menu instead.

Attached is a screenshot of the problem (that took me about 10 minutes of very careful mouse positioning to get) You can see the pic-in-pic button behind all the overlays (that only appear on mouseover), so being able to right click the video instead and activate from there avoids this.

P.S. For anybody who runs into this, if you're *very* patient and careful, you can get the pic-in-pic button to be clickable if you move your mouse in from the right-hand side, I think twitch has a 3 or 4 pixel threshold while the pic-in-pic button doesn't, so you can actually get it, but it's a bit silly.

note (I don't see an edit button anywhere): The screenshot took me 10 minutes to get because the overlay switches context focus away, so the picture-in-picture button goes away. Hence the "very carefully positioned", so that both would be visible together.

If you right-click in the player area then you should find an item the enter PiP mode.

Don't you see this PiP item ?
