Title says it. I cannot see anything. Also when it starts up only Firefox shows in the top left menu bar, but when I click on Firefox/about Firefox, the 'Firefox Browser about' shows up, then I click on the top of that box and the complete menu bar shows up. All of the buttons, like Licensing information and End-user Rights etc do not work but they briefly flash the full menu bar and then I click the top part of the dialogue box and the full menu bar shows up. When I click on Troubleshooting information noting happens. Running MacOS 10.15.3

Some problems occur when your Internet security program was set to trust the previous version of Firefox, but no longer recognizes your updated version as trusted. Now how to fix the problem: To allow Firefox to connect to the Internet again;

  • Make sure your Internet security software is up-to-date (i.e. you are running the latest version).
  • Remove Firefox from your program's list of trusted or recognized programs. For detailed instructions, see
