I need to know if I can recoved my V 78 profile so I can restore my local folders and address book

I was tryig some of the beta versions of thunderbird to see if I could get lthe provider for google calendar wot work since it stopped working with V 78.

I downloaded v 80.1 and put it in a seperate folder. It did not help so I uninstalled it. When I did that I lost all my stuff from V 78.0

I found a way to get my calendar to work I need a way to recover my older profile with all my older e-mails and local folders.
