DRM. How do I enable this on my Firefox browser?

I am having difficulty enabling DRM on both Firefox and Chrome. The more I try, the more baffling it gets.

I don't know what is available for Vista; for some reason, it doesn't always have access to stuff that's available for Windows 7.

Firefox uses Google's Widevine plugin for DRM. Normally going to a site that requires DRM triggers Firefox to download and install it. Possibly Firefox can no longer find a version compatible with Firefox 52 or 32-bit Vista??
