Using Windows 10 laptop, Firefox 82.0.3 64-bit. When I sign in to Onedrive at onedrive.live.com using my personal account (not work or school), I open Word document in Firefox browser with "Open in Word Online". When I click on Dictate button to use the microphone I get error message saying "Problem with Dictation. We don't have access to your microphone. Please check to make sure your browser has permission to use your microphone." HOWEVER, in the address bar, next to the shield and lock icons, there is another icon that looks like 2 keys in opposite orientation, that when clicked shows the site does seem to have permission for the microphone.

If I then sign out of Onedrive, and then sign into it using MS Edge and open same document, the microphone DOES work.

The microphone also works on other websites accessed with Firefox

Seems like Firefox is blocking the microphone on this one site.

I use Google Voice and have had the same issue, but clearing all the history and checking the box for Site Preferences fixed my issue. After doing this the site prompts me to allow access.
