How to stop Firefox suggesting Autofill logins from other sites?
Basically, when I go to a site, the login box becomes a long dropdown list of logins (many of which are the same (email address)) - but if the wrong one is selected then it obviously uses the ID (that could be the same) and password from a completely different site so it fails. I found an answer for this that relates to the Desktop version I believe as it mentions going to about:config - which isn't accessible on Android. It says to set signon.includeOtherSubdomainsInLookup to false. How do I make it only offer the credentials that are stored for the site I am accessing? On Android Firefox.

signon.includeOtherSubdomainsInLookup is TRUE by default in ff beta for android.
so it efficacy ought to be good.
I wonder whether this is a good place to remember the world about the "utmost importance" of changing all passwords every 10 days roughly... ;-)

Hi, I'm not sure what you're saying. One thing I read was to change a setting to False and I asked how to change it to False. You have simply told me it is set to True? How do I stop Firefox Android offering me a long list of logins for each site instead of just the one that is relevant?
well in my beta ffox I see a little "swich value" button to toggle the Boole’an. Much like on the desktop ffox.
for every value there is a little button to tap and change the content / value.
Are those buttons visible for you? maybe your color scheme makes it hard to see or something.

Hi, aah, so you are suggesting to switch to FF beta? So FF suddenly starts listing lots of incorrect user ids for all sites and the solution could be to use a beta version? Will give it a try but really see this as a bug that I'd like to see fixed.
I run standard, nightly and Beta in parallel.
the more, the merrier!
Then maybe one of them 3 actually works at any moment in time.
