Enterprise Firefox currently only supports kiosk mode in desktop platforms Win(32/64) and MacOS. To learn more about the Firefox Enterprise visit the link.

I'm afraid you need to use additional software to run kiosk mode in your iPad. In the meantime, we only support Kiosk mode for Firefox Enterprise (See Firefox Enterprise Kiosk mode).
