Instal Firefox browser app to external storage
I was wondering if it was possible for the current version of Firefox browser Android app to be installed to external storage, i.e. an installed SD card, rather than internal storage on the phone. Some of us are using Android-Go with a large SD card and it would be useful for the app to be smart enough to detect that there is external storage, and automatically install to that location instead, just like most of the apps I have already installed that are smart enough to already do this automatically. Thanks for any input.

Hi,
The people who answer questions here, for the most part, are other users volunteering their time (like me), not Mozilla employees or Firefox developers. If you want to leave feedback for Firefox developers, you can go to the Firefox Help menu and select Submit Feedback... or use this link. Hi
It is not possible to do that at the moment, but this is something that we may look to include in a future update.
Thanks for confirming that it's not possible to install to external storage. I was disappointed to see that a major app like a Firefox browser wasn't already doing that already, as all the free apps I've installed from Adobe and Microsoft and most other social connection related apps already automatically detect external storage presence and by default install there instead. If you are part of the development team, I hope you'll put this in as a future feature since I'm about to be forced to uninstall the FF browser app as internal storage on my Android-Go phone (which is perfectly useable still) but the FF app is hogging about 200MB+ space.
