I have one email address that is very important to be communicating with for business purposes. For some reason, anytime they try to send me an email I do not receive it, and anytime I send them an email I get the following message. Can anyone help me???

What are your smtp settings for mail.newmillennium.net? The error is saying that there is no authentication set, i.e. it's something like authentication method = none on port 25, instead of authentication method = normal password on port 465 or 587.
