For several months I have had an issue with various shopping sites being unable to connect to PayPal. Most recently it was an eBay purchase. When I click the "Pay With PayPal" option, I get the "Logging into PayPal" window but then just the spinning circle. The login won't connect, even with multiple attempts. It's not eBay or PayPal, since it connects fine when I switch to Chrome. Any ideas? (Win10 on desktop PC).

Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode {web link}

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
