While in the Firefox browser I can no longer display the windows 10 toolbar by moving the cursor to the bottom of the page. This has always worked but started failing recently. Not sure if it was a Firefox update that changed things or something else. Moving the cursor to the bottom of the screen on all windows applications correctly pops up the taskbar. This only happens with the Firefox main screen and any web page linked to with Firefox. The Windows IE works fine.

Are you talking about using 'full screen' or not full screen? Have you checked using the icons at the top-right of the window?

If the problem is with the not full screen, try making the window smaller by grabbing the top corner of the window and bringing it down about 1/3 of the way. Then move the window about.
