Hello,

I am unable to use Firefox due to a malware showing up every time I attempt to search in the browser. This is the address that appears in the browser - https://feed.techappworlds.com/ - and this is the message that appears in the window - "The page you are looking for cannot be displayed because an invalid method (HTTP verb) is being used."

Could you please advise me as to how to remove this from Firefox? It does not happen with any other browser and we have gone through all the steps with Apple to be sure that there is no other problem with my computer (MacBook Pro). We have consulted the articles on-line that offer suggestions and none have helped. It appears that I just have to delete Firefox permanently but I am hoping that you will have an answer.

Thank you,

Traci

Hi

I am sorry to hear that. This support article should help:

In addition to this, I recommend looking for any recently installed apps in Windows and running a full and thorough anti-malware scan.
