When I start Firefox I will want to access the web
It used to be that I could start Firefox when all I wanted to do is to get access to the WEB. Now I don't get the WEB access box

Are you getting a weird unexpected page? Or is Firefox restoring your previous session? Something else?
The home page setting and new tab setting lets you choose between the "Firefox Home" page and a blank page. (The home page also allows any URLs you like.) Add-ons can change this to a different page. You can use the Home section of the Settings page to select:

- use a compressed image type like PNG or JPG to save the screenshot
You can check for issues caused by a corrupted or incomplete Visual C++ installation that is missing runtime components (Redistributable Packages) required by Firefox, especially VCRUNTIME140_1.dll.

You may also have to install the Visual Studio 2013 Redistributable Package. You need to reboot the computer.
