There was a great add on called Tab Utilities, is there some add on that is similar to it on the current versions of Mozilla Firefox?

I am seeking an add-on that is like the great old add-on called Tab Utilities that allowed one to use recently closed section as a second list of saved links that opened with a touch (had a place where one could change the amount saved (maximum restorable tabs) to what they desired (where opening about config going to tabs one would see a line with that amount). Tab Utilities ceased sometime ago. There are many who are looking for this. Is there some add-on that is similar?

I'm sure that no add-ons would be allowed to access about config since so many Users consider it to be "Wow... Look at all of these cool settings" - 2 hours later, they're posting with their phone, that they can't launch Firefox... and "Firefox is sh*t and you people are a bunch of dumba**es"
