I have multiple emails and I have sinatures which are automaticall applied to all new emails but (by my own choice) not to replies or forwards. Sometimes when forwarding, I would like to append my signature block to an email but I do not want to make this automatic. How can I add my existing signature as a one-off? Thanks Julian

I have no doubt there are many solutions to this, but my preference is to use identities. click tools>accountsettings and on the account page, click 'manage identities'. You can create multiple identities there, each with it's own signature. Then, when forwarding, you can click the FROM entry, and select the From/sig of your choice.
