Problem kenmorgan kenmorgan Today at 2:15 PM more options Have used Thunderbird e-mail for over 10 years with no problem. October 20th logged in and message popped up in window that said something like 'Could Not Make Connection to Server or could not hook up'. Had a line that said 'Change Password. Could not get out of that message'! I have no idea what my original password was when they set up my computer years ago? Since I could not get out of that message, I put in a password that I had for Outlook, which I never use. Now I have a message in window that says: Enter Your Password For kenmorgan@iglide.net on imap-mail.outlook.com. bottom line is I have no idea how to get back into my Thunderbird e-mail account. I am not very computer savvy. How can I get a solution to this if I can't get into my Thunderbird e-mail?

Thank You, Ken Morgan Don,t know how to access the solutions. Cell 206-550-5138 Land 425-433-6863

In the text describing that problem it is still there present?
