Since yesterday’s update, whenever I try to touch the address bar to enter in something (anything at all), it flashes for a bit and doesn’t do anything. It’ll show the search engine and go back to its usual state. I’ve never had this issue before.

I’ve tried redownloading the app on my iPad (Silicon iPad from 2022. Firefox and my iPad are at the latest version.), but nothing’s worked.

I’m out of options. Can anyone help?

you might have to use a different browser for now

I'm using 5th generation iPad Pro with the Magic Keyboard and when using the firefox browser I am unable to type anything in the address bar. I've tried both finger touch and using the keyboard's touchpad to no avail. The address box kind of expands as you hold your finger or the pointer over it but no cursor appears in the box that would allow you to type.

That being said, if I pull the iPad off the keyboard I am able to use the address bar as usual.

Does this work for the other people having this issue?
