Been using firefox for 10 years to access xfinity/comcast email and suddenly can't do it. Keep getting error message "An error occurred during a connection to oauth.xfinity.com PR_CONNECT_RESET_ERROR". I've switched to Microsoft Edge for the time being but would appreciate getting back to Firefox if possible. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi. The Xfinity link you provided gets me the same error. I am not using kapersky security.

Thanks for your response.

Okay. How about this one. https://xfinityconnect.email.comcast.net/ Did you tried Firefox in Safe Mode? https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/diagnose-firefox-issues-using-troubleshoot-mode#search Try to Clear all items for a single site https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/remove-websites-address-bar-suggestions Are you using anything besides Windows Defender? Are you running a Pro version of Windows? If so, try this option or any VM app to test. https://www.howtogeek.com/399290/how-to-use-windows-10s-new-sandbox-to-safely-test-apps/
