Hi, thank you for sharing your Add-ons list. It looks like there are 3 potential blockers here:

  • AdBlocker Ultimate
  • DuckDuckGo Privacy Essentials
  • Privacy Badger

You should be able to adjust their blocking behavior for the displayed page using their toolbar buttons. If the buttons aren't visible, they may be on the drop-down list below the Extensions button. More info on using that button, and pinning add-ons directly to the toolbar, in this article:
