All that was required was synced from my old laptop to my new laptop. But I just cannot find an option to sync my Notes from my old Laptop. I have looked through the Help section but could not find any help. Also can Notes be synced to my Firefox browser on my Apple/Android phone. Thanks in anticipation

No, this option has been removed years ago. You can only export your old notes to a file.
