I deleted files from bookmarks after copy-pasting them to M.Word w/o saving them. How can I recover them?

I deleted files from my bookmarks after clicking them open, copy-pasted them all on Microsoft Word one file after another. I tried to save it in my memory stick but the sand dial keeps on and on and on and on. I clicked something to stop it and re-try but I guess I clicked end task. So there. Is there a chance I can recover those files? It took me several months to save those files. I know I can research again but that was different because those were my selections when the topic was still hot in my brain.

Firefox has 5 backups of your bookmarks, see this: https://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Lost+Bookmarks
