Your crash report IDs indicate that the crashes are caused by the Flash plugin. See http://crash-stats.mozilla.com/report/index/e2fdb0a7-0986-4164-9be5-10f852100625

Are there Flash objects in the email that you want to print?

it's not the flash player it's fire fox 3.6.4.

i went back to running fire fox 2.0 and there are no problems.

if tech ever fixes this problem i will upgrade but for now the 2 year old version works alot better than the latest upgrade.

I had the same problem. Installed lasted plug-ins . FF would crash when I went to print. Went back to FF 3.5.10 now I can print without crashes. Using OSX 10.6.4.. When this is resolved I will attempt the upgrade again to FF 3.6.4

I have the same problem and have been following the progress with interest I reduced Adobe to 6.17 but was loath to reduce Flash from 10.1 because of the risk of access Reduced FF to 2 as well which helped initially but then the crashes because non-stop - as soon as it reloaded it crashed again. I had already removed anything from my program list that I didn't use very often and that could potentially interfere with FF. Even threw eBay Turbolister overboard as I have had trouble with that in the past! None of this frantic jettisoning helped one whit, and now the PC is crashing even without FF being running! Very disturbing It runs fine in safe mode so I think I can discount a hardware problem Was definitely FF to start as got the usuas FF error messages. Now FF seems to have been erased so? Running XP 512k 500GB HDD 32bit single core 1.8GHz No recent hardware or software

M. How did you get FF 3.5.

The only installer I have is 2.0. so i'm using that.

The problem isn't related to any plugin. When firefox goes to query cups for printing the browser crashes. Since Linux and Mac OS X uses cups for printing both OS's are affected.

I forgot to mention that the bug exists in Firefox 3.6.4 - 3.6.6. Firefox 3.6.3 I believe works just fine. It might be more difficult for the Mac users to downgrade to 3.6.3. I'm running Gentoo Linux and so I can downgrade to unaffected versions of Firefox.

Check to see if cups was upgraded to 1.4.4. I'm not sure of the exact command in OS X to discover the version of cups your running but the update would have been done at about the same time Firefox 3.6.4 came out.
