You can create a bookmark with this chrome url as the location:

One Firefox setup has buttons with dropdown markers for Bookmarks, Personal Menu (addon), + Extension Manager. The other computer does not, which is very frustrating - it has fewer addons. I assume some setting is making this difference but can't find it. Both Fx 3.6.12/Win7.
