I've been trying to download new stuff from jacquielawson's website only to be told that I need to install the latest version of Adobe. The message is that, if using Firefox, I'm supposed to look up on the right side of my screen to see a box marked "edit options" so I can proceed. Guess what -- there's no such box! Can't get the new stuff from jacquielawson, which is a real bummer. What's wrong?

What Adobe product are you trying to download?

Your plugin list shows you have the latest versions of Adobe Flash and Adobe Reader.

Adobe's site includes outdated information about installing Flash or Adobe Reader on Firefox and can be disregarded. See How do I edit options to add Adobe to the list of allowed sites for the correct instructions.
