When I tried to open a new tab and enter new URL, log in or sign out of e-mail pages (yahoo and gmail), firefox crahsed 1 or 2 second (not responding) but it works normally after that.

That is not a crash, but a hang. If Firefox crashes then the browser is closed.

Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of your add-ons is causing your problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Themes).

  • Don't make any changes on the Safe mode start window.
