How do we get support with someone via phone. Firefox is not browsing on another users computer and he cannot even access this forum for help?

Gets mail access through thunderbird, but cannot get browser access through FireFox. Since the friend does not have access through the browser any longer he cannot even get to the support forum.

Sorry, Mozilla doesn't have telephone support. Can't your friend use another browser to access this support forum? Like Internet Explorer? If IE doesn't work maybe his problem isn't with the web browsers on his PC, but rather something wrong with Windows?

My friend happens to be a board member of our organization who is older and would more easily get answers via phone support instead of a support forum. However, he was able to browse with I.E. Apparently it appears that I saw another post where there were about 80 other users with the same problem. It appears that there was a bug on Firefox. Can you help with the process to follow to fix this problem please?

Some information about your friends problem is necessary for us to try to help him. Can you post a link to that other thread where 80 users supposedly have the same exact problem? Didn't any of the help responses in that thread help your friend?
