When browsing any website that has pop-ups as part of its design (for example, clicking on an image thumbnail on eBay causes a larger version to be shown in a new window), closing the pop-up causes Firefox to prompt me with, "Do you want Firefox to save your tabs for the next time it starts?" even though I'm only trying to close that single pop-up window and not all of my tabs.

It seems that Microsoft's HTML5 video plugin was the culprit, or at least contributed to it. I will update with more information if needed. Otherwise, this issue is solved.
