Hi. I can not open new tab by useing that "plus" sign. New tab opens if I open some link in it by useing mouses rihgt button but that is only way to get new tab. What can I do to make new tabs open without open some link?

Try uninstalling the Ask toolbar and it should work again. There is a compatibility issue with the Ask toolbar and Firefox that prevents new tabs from being opened.
