Java is not eenabled
I just downloaded the new Firefox 4.0 and now my Java does not work. I am getting a message to enable it. How do I do this? What happened? It worked fine prior to the download.

When you click the Firefox Button, then click on Addons and in the new tab "plugins" on the left side, can you find an entry named "Java (TM) Platform ...)?
If not, try downloading and reinstalling Java from www.java.com

Thanks......that worked
I don't think this will work with a Mac since mac has its own java version...... If I'm wrong let me know!
on the java homepage there are instructions for mac too - but as I don't have a mac, I don't know how much that would help you.
This might help: http://support.apple.com/downloads/#java

update your Java first(after install any programs) and try again.
