There seems to be no way I can have the menu bar appear by default when I start Firefox 4. I have to click the big orange button, then Options, then Menu Bar and then View to show my bookmarks in a sidebar. How can I get this so that Firefox 4 appears the same as Firefox 3?

Right-click on a toolbar, then click on the "Menu Bar" entry, this will permanently display the menu bar.
