I upgraded to the Firefox 4.0 and now I find that it is not compatible with most of the add-on's and my Yahoo toolbar that I had before. In particular, I cannot access IE Favorites nor can i install the Yahoo tool bar. his application is confusing and I simply want too return to th 3.8 version.

Download V3.6.16 from http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/all-older.html

Then uninstall FF4 via Add/Remove Programs, but choose to keep your settings, customizations etc.

Then when you launch it for the first time, go to Help | Check For Updates because there was a security breach at Comodo and a number of fraudulent SSL certificates were issued. You need to have those blacklisted by upgrading to v3.6.19

Version 3.6.16 is the latest version for Firefox 3.6, and that version includes the fix for the fraudulent SSL certificates that were issued.

That's strange then TonyE because I was troubleshooting my own system earlier today and clicked the Help | Check for updates link and was presented with v3.6.19

Maybe it isn't for the SSL issue, but I assume it must be important for the option to be there.
