I used to get notified. I could easily change this using Options prior to 4.0. I unchecked the box that keeps notifying every time. How do I change this back?

You can check the security.warn* prefs (security.warn_entering_secure) on the about:config page and toggle the value(s) with a double click to true.

To open the about:config page, type about:config in the location (address) bar and press the "Enter" key, just like you type the url of a website to open a website.
If you see a warning then you can confirm that you want to access that page.
