There are 3 language packs installed. One is English (South Africa) 4.0. There is an option to disable it, but how do I uninstall it? Thank you in advance.

If there isn't a Remove button on the Tools > Add-ons > Languages page then that means that the language packs are installed globally and can not be removed via the Firefox user interface.

You can check your software management to see if you can remove them there.
Otherwise you can try to ask on the Ubuntu forum for assistance.
