What happened to the "save and quit" feature in Firefox 4? Can't get this feature to appear when closing browser

With older Firefox 3.6 version, when attempting to close browser with multiple tabs open, Firefox will ask if users want to "save and quit" before exiting. This feature does NOT seem to be available with Firefox 4. If anyone knows how to enable this feature, please share.

Firefox 4 will always save your tabs when you quit. To restore your tabs the next time you start Firefox, choose "Restore previous session" from the history menu, or press the big "Restore session" button on the default Firefox home page.

If you still want to have Firefox prompt you when quitting (like it did in Firefox 3.6), you can enable some preferences in the "about:config" screen:
