Where can I get the drop down arrow on the page back/forward button? I have to go back one page at a time!

The list appears if you either click-and-hold or if you right-click on the back button. The "bullet" indicates your currently displayed page in the history.
There is an add-on you can install if you prefer the down-triangle.
