Can navigate to other locations in Weather.com but not the 10 day forecast. Checked out fine in Safari. I enabled cookies from 3rd parties and other cookie requests. I can't get the 10 day forecast in my zip code or other zip codes.

Clear the cache and the cookies from sites that cause problems.

  • "Clear the Cache": Firefox > Preferences > Advanced > Network > Offline Storage (Cache): "Clear Now"
  • "Remove the Cookies" from sites causing problems: Firefox > Preferences > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"

I cleared all cookies and the cache and it still didn't work properly. I've given up and gone back to Safari :(

If clearing the cookies doesn't help then it is possible that the file cookies.sqlite that stores the cookies is corrupted.

Rename (or delete) cookies.sqlite (cookies.sqlite.old) and delete cookies.sqlite-journal and cookies.txt, if they exist, in the Profile Folder in case the file cookies.sqlite got corrupted.

Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the extensions is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).

Gosh, thanks so much but that's just too much trouble when Safari is working fine. I'm not a techie and really hate this stuff when it doesn't work right :(
