At one time I had a "+" sign on the tab bar to the right of the last tab. It disappeared one day. I'd like to get it back. How do I do this?

i recently upgraded to 4.0. When I did this I had an "add tab" icon (plus sign) on the main toolbar and an "add tab" (plus sign) on the tab toolbar to the right of the last tab. The one on the tab toolbar disappeared and I want it back. How do I do this.

You can only have one new tab button visible at the same time, either the button on the tab bar or the toolbar button without using an extension or code in userChrome.css (Stylish).

You can find the New Tab button showing as a '+' on the Tab bar.

You can open the Customize window and drag the New Tab button that shows as a plus sign (+) from the Tab bar on another toolbar and it will become a regular toolbar button like the New Tab button that you have in Firefox 3 versions.

If you can't find the new tab button then click the "Restore Default Set" button in the Customize window.

If you want the New Tab button at the far right end of the Tab bar then place a flexible to the left of it.
