My Screen Capture program can't scroll the Firefox (or any others while it is running) window in order to capture a fully scrolled window.

The Firefox window (and all other windows while Firefox is running) seems to lose the frame definition and so my screen capture program, SnagIt (TechSmith), is unable to take a scrolling snapshot of the whole window. I need this feature to record banking, installs, & many other things. I've looked at the addons but can't find anything.

Try showing the Add-on bar at the bottom of the browser window and see if that makes a difference.

Tried removing each bar one by one with all the window except the Windows titlebar selected to be captured. After removing all bars, the entire window was selected to capture. But in all cases, there is still no auto scrolling of the window. Usually I can select only the frame with the side scroll bars, then after a button click, SnagIt scans and autoscrolls the frame, and after scanning the whole frame, puts the unsaved image into SnagIts own image editor. The problem is, SnagIt can't select a specific frame in any window while Firefox / Thunderbird is running; only the whole window except for the Titlebar. It seems to affect the entire Windowing process.
