The Bookmarks menu is missing "Organize Bookmarks". How do I export Bookmarks without that?

Only "Bookmark this page" and "Show all Bookmarks" appear in the Bookmarks drop down menu. How do I export Bookmarks without "Organize Bookmarks"?

Beginning with Firefox 4, "Organize Bookmarks" was renamed to "Show All Bookmarks" on the Bookmarks sub-menu.
