Firefox has been the default browser on the existing XP system, and we intend to use it as the default on a new Windows 7 system.

I expect that the Windows Easy Transfer system would do OK with Internet Explorer bookmarks, but may have some traps and pitfalls for Firefox users.

Is there a transfer procedure that is known to work for Firefox bookmarks?

Thanks so much -- it worked perfectly. Am in throes of transferring to new laptop, recovering from surgery and on an exceptionally short leash on my temper. Didn't need another problem.

Thanks again.
