I am using Windows 7 64-bit ultimate. The subject line says it all. If I look at the task manager, it shows that Firefox CPU cycles are only at 4. I have tried reinstalling. I don't have this problem with other browsers. it also starts to freeze when I try scrolling up and down, occasionally.

Anyone have a solution yet? This is still happening on Firefox 7.
