In the web mail, able to log into the website. When trying to compose an email, it does not respond.

Firefox does not do email, but there are a lot of web email applications and you have not indicated which one (and version, if it has one) that you are using;

You may get an answer with better information, but such questions should generally be directed to the support area of your web email site.

I am using the following web-mail : http://webmail.tm.net.my. I am not sure with the Firefox version7.0.1, if affecting my composure web-mails?
