I cannot access websites via the firefox adress bar, only via links and the windows address bar. Why is that?

When I enter a website URL and hit enter nothing happens. Same thing with the green arrow next to the address bar. Only by klicking on links or entering the URL into the windows address bar can I access websites.

Found the Problem. Tab Mix plus is being silly. Updating to the current Dev-release didn't help but deactivating did the trick.

Found the Problem. Tab Mix plus is being silly. Updating to the current Dev-release didn't help but deactivating did the trick.
