IF I type my search in the Mozilla homepage search field, the search defaults to Yahoo! (I have never used Yahoo!). I've tried to remove it by removing the Yahoo!URL for search engine, replacing it with Google. I have looked online for solutions but none have worked.

Thank you.

Hi zoepeters2,

You should take a look at the Search bar - add, change and manage search engines on Firefox Knowledge Base article. There is a lot of useful information in there.

If that doesn't work you should look at the article Preferences not saved.

Hopefully this helps!
